Arsenal NYC would like to express our deepest condolences to the friends and families of the victims of the horrific attack that took place today in lower Manhattan. As an organization we are Arsenal, but we are also New Yorkers. We are proud to live in one of the most diverse, energizing and unique cities in the world, and to have so many members in our network from across all races, creeds, genders and backgrounds.
If you have personally been affected by today’s tragedy, we want you to know we care about you and are here to support you however we can. Arsenal FC is a sporting team, but it is also a common alliance that brings us together to support one another. Whether you’re based in the city and go to the pubs week in and week out, or only get along occassionally, you’re a part of our community.
New York City is indomitable and resilient and one of the most special places in the world, and that will never change. Thank you for being a part of it.
