Before submitting your request, please read this guide carefully and review our FAQ and Ticket Policy below. This ensures your matchday experience runs as smoothly as possible.

Note: If a match is not listed, it means requests are already at capacity or the club has not yet opened the allocation. Please check back regularly.

📝 Step-by-Step: How to Request Tickets

1) Hold an Active Arsenal NYC Membership

  • Every person requesting a ticket must hold a 2025/26 Arsenal NYC membership.
  • If your spouse/partner, friends, or children are joining you, they each need their own membership before you submit the request.
  • Membership does not guarantee a ticket — but it is required by Arsenal Football Club to make a request.

2) Log In to the Arsenal NYC Website

  • Use the same email address you used when purchasing your membership.
  • You’ll receive a verification code by email — enter it to continue.

3) Select Your Match

  • Choose the match you’d like to attend.
  • Click “One Ticket” and add it to your cart.

4) Adjust and Add Names

  • In your cart, update the quantity to the total number of tickets you’re requesting.
  • Add the names of each member you’re requesting tickets for (only listed, active members are eligible).

5) Submit Your Request

  • Complete checkout to officially submit your request.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation — check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
  • 📌 We do not know seat locations in advance.

Acknowledgment: By submitting your request, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the process and the Ticket Policy set forth by Arsenal Football Club and Arsenal NYC.

⏳ What Happens Next

1) Verification & Submission

Once your membership is verified, we submit all requests to Arsenal FC before the official request window closes (the closing date is listed on each match page).

2) Club Allocation (7–10 Days After Window Closes)

Arsenal FC reviews all International Supporters Club requests and confirms how many tickets are available. Historically, Arsenal NYC has received anywhere from 0 to 21 tickets per match.

3) Allocation Process

  • Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Members who have not yet been successful this season receive priority, to ensure fair access for all.

4) Notification

  • As soon as Arsenal confirms our allocation, we immediately email both successful and unsuccessful applicants.
  • Please wait for confirmation before booking travel to avoid any disappointment.

5) Payment & Refunds

  • If your request cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued within 7 days (timing depends on your bank).
  • Refunds are initiated immediately upon notification.

6) Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets are transferred electronically during the week of the match (occasionally day-of, but always in time for kickoff).
  • Please do not email to check status — we’ll always notify you by email as soon as updates are available.

⚖️ Ticket Policy

  • A 2025/26 Arsenal NYC membership is required for each ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you can no longer attend:
    • We’ll do our best to reassign your ticket to another Arsenal NYC member (as required by Arsenal FC).
    • Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to non-members, nor listed on any third-party resale sites.
    • If reassignment isn’t possible, you remain responsible for the ticket cost.
