Ticket Requests

Ticket Requests are now closed for the 2022-23 Season.

Arsenal NYC loves being a part of helping fans see a home game at the Emirates. Arsenal allows supporter's clubs to facilitate ticket requests as long as we and our members adhere to their guidelines. Before you submit your request, please make sure you have read the
Ticket FAQ in full and understand our ticket policy below so we can ensure an experience that aligns with your expectations.

Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. Please consider match dates change and schedule your trip accordingly.

Tickets are non-transferable. This means the people listed on the ticket request must be the members attending the match. Once the tickets are issued, they cannot be reassigned, sold, or given to anyone else. You must be a 2022-23 Arsenal NYC member to request tickets and all attendees are required to have a current membership.

Ticket requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend planning 3-4 months in advance, as you would have a higher priority with a 4 month request than someone with a 4 week request. If the game you want to see is not listed below, it means the time window to accept requests has closed for that match or it has not yet been made available. The ticket request window for games closes 10 weeks prior to match day.

Once your request is approved and membership is verified, you will need to pay your deposit. We will invoice you by email 50% per each ticket request, and we must receive your payment within 48 hours in order to submit your request to Arsenal. Deposits that are not paid within 48 hours are removed from the queue.

If Arsenal approves your request, we will invoice you by email for the remaining amount due to be paid within 7 days. The conversion rate will be the same as the day we pay Arsenal for the tickets. Failure to pay your balance within the designated time frame has serious consequences. You will lose access to your tickets, your deposit will not be refunded, and your Arsenal NYC membership will be permanently revoked. Don't do it!

If Arsenal does not approve your request, we will refund your deposit within 7 days of them notifying us. You should also receive an email notification that the request was unable to be fulfilled. 

The entire ticket process takes up to 10 weeks.

We have tried to be as transparent as possible regarding the ticket request process because we know it's not as straightforward as seeing a game domestically. Just remember to stay flexible as matches are rescheduled and note that Arsenal's ticket prices are subject to change at anytime. We also do not know the location of the seats before we receive the tickets. To best help you budget and estimate potential costs, we have provided Arsenal's current pricing structure and fees:

Category A Match - $125 per ticket*

Category B Match - $77 per ticket*

Category C Match - $56 per ticket*
