There’s nothing like seeing Arsenal LIVE at the Emirates — and Arsenal NYC is here to help you get there.Before submitting your request, please be sure to read our FAQ and review the Ticket Policy below so we can make your matchday experience as smooth as possible.
How to Request Tickets
- Login with the email you used for membership.
- You'll receive a verification code to continue.
- Fill in your details — and the names of any other members you’re requesting tickets for.
⚠️ Important: This is a request system, not a guaranteed ticket. Please wait for confirmation before booking travel.
Ticket Policy
- A 2025/26 Arsenal NYC membership is required for each ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you can’t attend, we’ll try to reassign your ticket to another member, though this isn’t guaranteed.
- Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend planning 3–4 months in advance.
- Each match request page lists a request close date.
What to Expect
- Once your membership is verified, we submit your request to Arsenal.
- The club confirms availability 7–10 days after the request window closes.
- If approved, we’ll transfer your tickets electronically 5–10 days before the match. (Occasionally later — but always in time for kickoff!)
- If your request cannot be fulfilled, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 days of notification.
Pricing (includes processing fees)
- Category A Match - $135 per ticket*
- Category B Match - $87.50 per ticket*
- Category C Match - $67.50 per ticket*
