What geographic locations are covered by Arsenal NYC?
Despite having NYC in our name, we are the Official Supporters Club of all 5 boroughs of New York and Long Island, Northern and Central New Jersey. (Arsenal FC requires that supporters clubs must be 50 miles apart from one another.)
Do I have to live in NYC to join as a member?
No, but if you fall into one of the other supporters' regions, we will suggest joining your local club. If you live outside of the country, you will not be eligible for ticket requests, and we will require an additional fee to post your membership pack.
Do I have to be a paid member to watch a match at any of the member pubs?
No. All are welcome to join us on match days, though we ask that anyone bringing a guest openly supporting a rival club be respectful and cognizant of the fact that it will always be a majority Arsenal crowd. However, we strongly urge all to take advantage of the many benefits that come with Official Membership to Arsenal NYC.
Can I cancel my membership?
You are free to cancel membership at anytime, however, membership in non-refundable as it is seasonal.
What is the age limit for Youth Memberships?
Youth Memberships are limited to those 16 years of age and under.
What is the policy for under-21s at the member pubs?
Most will allow under 21s accompanied by an adult, but it's recommended you contact the pub individually.
How does ticketing work through Arsenal NYC?
Available through our Official Supporters Club status with Arsenal Football Club, we're required us to take ticket requests from our members, collect payment, and submit a request on your behalf.
Tickets are listed on our site as they become available to request, and we share the closure day that we can no longer take requests (set by the club).
If you are approved, we notify you upon our notification from the club. When we receive tickets, we distribute them to you digitally via-email. They are non-transferrable.
If the request you've made was not accepted due to availability, we will notify you as soon as we are notified, and process a refund to the original payment method.
Do I Have To Be An Arsenal NYC Member To Request Tickets?
Yes, you must be a current Arsenal NYC Member to request ticket(s), though this is not the main reason to be a member, it is a benefit.
If you plan on requesting tickets for multiple persons, each person must be a current member of Arsenal NYC as well.
Membership DOES NOT GUARANTEE tickets. They are subject to availability.
Which Matches Can I Request?
Arsenal NYC accepts requests for HOME MATCHES ONLY.
Additionally, Arsenal NYC can only make requests as Arsenal makes them available. Occasionally, we will get ticket allotment for Champions League games and other events.
How Are Tickets Allocated?
Tickets are subject to availability from Arsenal Football Club. Expect lower tickets allotment for more popular games. (Manchester, Chelsea, North London Derby, etc.)
Ticket requests close 12 weeks prior to the match day. All requests must be made prior to this. Arsenal NYC permits requests throughout the season up to the closing of the request period.
How Do I Receive My Tickets?
Tickets are distributed electronically once we receive them. They are compatible with most smartphones.
What happens if I request tickets and they're unavailable?
Arsenal NYC will refund your full amount to the original payment method as soon as we are notified. It generally takes 48-72 hours to be seen in your account.
What If My Plans Change?
All tickets issued are subject to Arsenal’s ticketing terms and conditions and the conditions of entry to the Emirates Stadium.
In any event, we will attempt to help allocate them to others that may have missed out, but tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may only be allocated to, and used by, members of Arsenal NYC.
Any sale or redistribution of these tickets unauthorized by Arsenal Football Club or Arsenal NYC may result in removal of the member’s ticket privileges and/or revocation of associated memberships.
